I’ve been working in various types of design for 12 years, with the last 3 managing product, content and graphic designers at Arista Networks. This transition has been enormously inspiring, and has created an incredible drive within me to help others in the industry build the right skills to succeed.

I strive to create a safe environment where others feel comfortable asking for help, and to provide holistic and meaningful support and guidance for them in various areas they may be seeking it; from initially breaking into the design industry to preparing seniors for team leadership and management.
