Product Design Manager, 2023–present

I currently manage approximately 12 designers at a time across product, content and graphic disciplines for various Arista software products, including CloudVision Wired and Wireless, and Arista Help Center. Primarily leading the enterprise networking area, but define and drive the direction for many solutions including general network health & observability, hierarchical monitoring and provisioning, authentication & authorization, core infrastructure features and various cross-product integrations.

Senior Product Designer, 2020–2023

Joined in 2020 as our third product designer. Led and grew the team by 20+ product and content designers. Defined and executed the vision for numerous areas of the CloudVision product including custom dashboarding, application observability, and core enterprise monitoring & provisioning. Established the first design system and design process for the CloudVision team. Had fun improving some core internal tooling.
